When I was making this I never had the intent to make it look so misty. It's just a new effect I invented XD (though I bet someone else has already invented it)
It's basically just taking an image and then copy-paste it over the image and make it sorta blurry, and it makes a very dreamy filter on the image. Try it! :D
I've been recently replaying Assassin's Creed Unity recently, so I've been having french dresses on my mind.... which explains this clothing Ilma is having in the picture XD I just think she looks good in it :3
