Accidental offspring of Stix and Satine

As you can probably see from the drawing, Imp cats don't have genitals, meaning that they also have no defined gender. They actually decide on their own gender when they are old enough to talk, and if over time they change their mind or don't want to be defined by gender, so be it, Imp cats do not judge.

That being said, you're probably wondering how they can have children.
There is only 1 known home for the Impcats, which is a small village in Hell.
In the very center of their village, is a lake of pure water, its known to the imp-cats as the "gene pool" (Imp-cats are known for making crappy dad jokes)
When Impcats want a child (whether they're single or in a couple) they just throw a pebble/stone/gem into the pool, and it forms into an egg, that they then nurture into an imp kit. Unfortunately, most Imp cats only get one egg in their life time.

Stix and Satine, did not know about this pool, being raised outside of Hell they never had the chance to learn about the Imp-Cats way of life.
Whilst visiting Satine's parents, the pair decided to skip stones across the pool, but they stopped when they noticed the bubbling water and Satine's parents screaming in the background.

For Satine's parents Dagon and Marie, this accident was a blessing in disguise. Because Stix and Satine were far too young to take care of the eggs, and since they never had the chance to raise their own child, the pair took the eggs in as their own and raised them into the young kits they are now.
