Joe is one of my personal characters, featured here as a Tyrant (original species of mine). He's the owner of the 'Red Throat Inn' that my characters work at (Lime, Yhonaz, Spitz) and generally watches everything from the background without ever getting involved as he generally has more important things to do behind the scenes to run things smoothly. He's been promoted to my Avatar as I needed a new image and he's a cutie.

Please do not use Joe for ANY image before talking to me! This includes using him for gifts or surprises! Joe has some complicated rules as I don't want his character broken so its better if you talk to me.
