I gotta little spendy at the hobby shop today.
4 of these I've been thinking about getting for awhile and the olds was an impulse buy. they were a few dollars more than getting them online but then I didn't have to pay shipping and handling. I got the jeep just for parts. the body will probably be the only thing I don't use, at least until I run out of projects. the dart was half off and it has 2 complete engines. and I got the dragsters just for their engines and drivetrain. the kit on top has 2 complete cars and 2 complete supercharged engines. and the lower dragster has 4 complete engines but I was a little bummed out about them and not in the way you'd imagine. their super detailed, even inside the blocks are hollow and have a crankshaft with connecting rods and it has detailed valves and visible pistons. but it will all get covered up if I build them. so I might put there other parts on different engine blocks that I already have and paint and weather the detailed ones and use the as decoration in my pictures. actually the Oldsmobile's engine is similar in detail.
