Awhile ago I just felt like drawing Tails how he originally looked so when I had some time today I went ahead and drew it. I also tried to match some of the original Sonic art work with the coloring. I worked on this while listening to the Animated Anarchy Pod-cast about the Sonic OVA http://animatedanarchy.podbean.com/.....hog-the-movie/

Based on the classic Sonic 2 look I see! Good Job!

Also: I'm ashamed I didn't figure out the joke of his name when I was a kid. It wasn't until I was like 12 that I figured it out.

It really just amounts to pretending he isn't there during those parts, since—as far as I remember—he's never in front of you unless you have someone else controlling him.
