I mentioned before I role play as Macavity from CATS the musical on Twitter, and I do have some OCs. This one is Pascal, hench cat in Macavity's crime syndicate and right paw. He's the highest ranking cat in the organization under the Hidden Paw himself and is a smoking, whiskey drinking, card shark. He has other dastardly talents which earned him such a rank. The only cat he has never beaten at cards is Macavity.

One of these days I'll give him a proper background. I have a shaded version of this but the background is atrocious so I posted this one instead.
