Okay, explanation time! In case if y'all missed the previous file (which was that split-image of me & Panthera), this is the level of detail (accuracy?) I go for in most/all of my drawings.
This pic of my guitar, I have drawn entirely from my memory of what I thought it had looked like. I've even drawn the headstock to its intended shape that I wanna cut (which I haven't done on it's I.R.L counterpart yet).
The difficult thing about things like this particular piece is, drawing the strings, frets, pickups, tuning keys & last, but not least, the damned Floyd Rose bridge. For the most part, I've left a lot of the 'technical bits' as vague "skeleton" lines for now.
I have not added much color to this sketch. This was a conscious decision as I felt that if I added color, it would detract from the detail that I am trying to convey here. Oh & ya can tell what I mean by how I've colored the DAVA pick too.
