Ratchet is at the hospital resting with the requirement the breathing machine and breathing support stuff. But Ratchet is okay he's just resting while he's in the underworld of the unconscious. He's tough and will get through it because he has had training on this sort of stuff before when he lived in Tibet for two years. Just like the scene of the first GHOST RIDER movie.
