This Ceilonis actually frequents the desert areas on Sanctum. It's mane absorbs water from the surrounding air, storing it in a special sac within its body. When it bends it's head to feed on cacti and other plants, the water flows from the sac and out the long, curved horn at the top of its head. Many merchants and travelers revere this Ceilonis due to its lifesaving abilities.
