there was going to be an actual background, and there wasn't because by the time i finished coloring her, i completely forgot what i wanted to do. so bam, boring gradient and a half-assed attempt at an actual scene
this was another attempt at coloring in clip studio, there were a few drawings between this and the last one, none of which were finished or nearing any sort of stage of completion that i was happy with. even this makes me sort of mad because of how badly it's colored--or maybe it was just my experience with clip studio that was making me so frustrated. seriously, this took me like 3 days and it was killing my wrist, i hate coloring with that program
idk, she's cute and at the time i was proud of how i drew this. i still sort of am, especially since this was where i started learning how to actually stylize animal faces, which was a really big problem i was having for a while.
also i wanted to name her picnic but my boyfriend *dramatic sigh, rolls eyes* WOULDN'T LET ME
ALSO also, i should have been a dick and just named this "snack'ums for knockout stage"
