Are they extra large human ones?

I wouldn't glue them in. If you plan to then waiting to glue them till after you fur the ears is best.

Yes i was waiting till I get the fur/fleece set it. And actually I made them using Instamorph! It's a really awesome crafty plastic that comes in beads and you pour some into warm water and then you can mold the plastic to whatever and it can also be painted fairly easy! I used it for lots of cosplay projects and it is super awesome. Also you can reheat it and use it again after it hardens. I love this stuff, I also used it for his teeth.

That's a great idea. My cosplay friends use the same stuff.
