Keep finding used shotgun shells all over the place, they are so pretty, specially the posh looking one in the centre, they are to good to let lay and rust away, so i have been trying to work out things i can do with them..
This is one idea i have come up with, these are Prototypes.

Here you can see two different types, the kind that are all internal and glow through the clear shells, or the type with the LED poking out of the primer hole!

I am running a tiny 12v battery, model: 23A12V with a bettery holder, very cheap to buy from HK on Ebay

Future idea to try is, a tiny tilt switch inside of the shell, so the light will only come on when the shell is faced upward (or downward if you wish) to save battery life!
