Wow! This one is awesome! It's perfect for video game music- certainly represents a lot of strength in the character. The harp says "Legend of Zelda", but the strings say "Custom Robo". Maybe I just pay way too much attention to background music.

I'm not really happy with the string sample I chose... the harp arpegios were more inspired by Final Fantasy

Again, glad you enjoyed it though. It's amazing what can be done with only 3 tracks of sound... would you be able to elaborate with regards to what this music 'tells' you about the character?

Wow, I totally dropped this conversation like forever ago! Anyway- the music definitely conveys a sense of strength about the character, like I said before. But, listening to it again, I'm also hearing a determination driven by something far from hate. Maybe a hint of sadness, but I think love more than anything. I wouldn't think that Deon's quest is one to get back something (or someone) that's been taken away from him, but rather to protect what (or whom) he has left. Am I even close?

Shoot! I meant her! Not him, her.

That's pretty damn close - without giving too much away, her father is the game's antagonist, and she was exiled for defying him.
