Thanksgiving this year was extra awesome. I loved hanging out with the folks that came over so I could cook for them. I like to cook, and having folks over in my house, makes me feel useful. A special favorite was Kiswara Otter's amazing creme brulee, flavored with coconut rum. He let me use the blowtorch this last time. I managed to do encrust them, and nobody needed a skin graft afterwards.
