Species information:
Draelm are a extraterrestrial species who float around the earth following the sun collecting light for their gems. They are very social and will often float in packs, holding hands when they sleep so not to drift apart. Their tails are shelled and can turn into blades when straightened which are used for defense. If they land on earth they will die without the constant sunlight, so they instead remain curious of what it is like. They eat space debris and attack satellites, seeing them as other creatures invading their territory.
