I should have made this weeks ago but i didn't know how to animate using pixels back then.
If you haven't played Undertale you totally should. It's like one of those rare gems of a game.
Also i can't wait for Fallout 4 to be released, which is why i kinda let it taint this animation with it's reference.

This was made first in ms paint then animated in photoshop. The main problem was turning things around to give them a bounce effect or slight delay before falling down or rising up without ruining everything. This is why the ears and the feathers on the shoulder appear solid, i just couldn't make them bounce ╥.=.╥
