Many of you know about my old dog, Luxi. She was seriously my everything. I got her when she was a puppy and we spent the most wonderful two years together. She was however very sick. No matter what I did or how many vets we took her to they just could not figure out what was making her so skinny. So at the young age of two she passed away. Ever since then I have been searching for a dog to fill that hole she left. It has been many years and many dogs have come and gone from our home. Most were rescues that still have a forever home.

Tofu is still with us but she has also been having a hard time adjusting to the new house. We thought about finding her a new home and not having a dog at all but she is part of our family. And we will do everything we can for her.

This leads me to Arwen. He is a 2 year old corgi boy who fell into our lives just 2 days ago. His owners could no longer care for him and his brother. So my husband got him for me. In so many ways he reminds me of Luxi. He gives me the exact same look she used to and even has some of the same body language she did. He and Tofu have been playing up a storm and he seems to be fitting in just right here. (I am gonna cry omg) Here are a few pictures I snapped of him while working. And more to come I am sure!

P.S. He got a bath but I still need to trim his fur a bit. Had to work on some art before that though!
