It seems like Ledya came across a sneaky cop that was trying to get some dirt on her.  DamnedNDelirious 's Lucia couldn't evade her grip and thus is now caught by the head of the mafia. Ledya's not without mercy however and actually liked the guts that Lucia had to try and tail her. So they are just taking a nice walk, and Ledya's going to explain the rules to her.

Lucia has nothing to worry about provided she doesn't overstep her boundaries again.
