Another Mewthree image uploaded. May or may not be it for the rest of the month, but given how that is 6 images for this month, which is on the higher end of my average, I wouldn't consider it so bad. The gesture for this image has been lying around for like, ever. A few years. The only reason why it wasn't done was because I wanted to do his image with a different Mewthree, rather than Mewblade (the darker one), but the person's Mewthree I wanted to do it with seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth, so I never bothered. Still liked the gesture, so figured I'd wouldn't waste it. I don't always like to have sex bomb Swadeaqua images. Will note that the intended background and lighting was not going to be this, but since I have a paired image with these two more recently, I needed a different backdrop.
Mewblade and Swadeaqua, sure, why not. On the plus side, this isn't a bad image in the sense of innuendo. Swadeaqua is allowed to be upset, and Mewblade eventually becomes mentally stable and responsible enough to shoulder someone else's burdens every once in a while. That being said, Mewblade is technically the one that needs way more shoulders to cry on the vast majority of the time. Wouldn't hurt for Mewblade to share a little and not be a selfish crybaby. It also wouldn't hurt if Swade could let down her guard and be vulnerable for once. That female has Shuckle-like defenses when it comes to letting people into her heart.
Gesture was dirt easy. Spent most of my time decided on background and lighting. And inking style is a little tweaked. Mewblade with long lashes. Looks a bit long on her, but helps make her not look like a dude. Mostly spent my time struggling on lighting and background. Sad.

Such a period in place, before the echo of an event that strikes hard
Like a willow blowing in the breeze created by a looming blaze
Where embers shall blow in ruinous wake of the eaten path
What looming measures do they show? As a fate before the ruin is ominous
Across the riverbank the fire looms, the threat of a dance of plant and fire
A dance that is so familiar, what daze that it creates
Nay...seek peace before the dying breeze
Where the fire shall die and the threat shall end
Leaving a willow to weep in the wake of the passed destruction
If only to be embraced by another proud soul
One who will whisper a soft word on the wind
'It is...okay.'
This poem is brought to life but of the spirit of this picture I feel its heat and the fire, the sadness and the strength it takes to actually comfort another and try to sound strong within while doing so. It is hardest to be a pillar, they say.
Well done, this piece invoked great heart from my soul, if heart was the expression of the soul.
