Up to this point, I have sold everything I know associates with visual things that neither my son, or wife, would ever wish to keep. These sales have helped me acquire this along with two other shirts. One of Ducky from "The Land Before Time" and one of Yoshi in the style of "Yoshi's New Island."
I now have but one lingering memory left to part with. The sale of which would help me get Baby Rainfeather as a plush when Lil Moon opens up for commissions. It is my Neopets Magazine Collection

The more I think on my Neopets Magazine Collection, the more I wish to be rid of it to someone who can truly appreciate it. Primarily since I got the one issue one day before the faithful surgery in 2006 that took away my ability to read without adaptive technology. Reading that issue the night before the surgery was truly the last book I read under natural conditions, for me, and the memory lingering around only brings me pain the more I think on it.
The more I part with the items that were a part of my past, the more I am able to focus on my future. Becoming totally blind isn't bad if you are able to see it as a "New Beginning". I'll be able to do a lot of things once again once my diseased eyes are removed. This includes swimming, riding amusement park rides, roughhousing with my son, etc. So, despite the challenge in acquiring gainful employment as a result of being blind, I am glad I have learned while continuing to learn my worth is not measured in dollars, or cents.

Thanks, Nishi. *Snugs* I actually did sell the Neopets Magazines. It is nice to have them ready to go to someone who can appreciate them while getting a not-so-happy memory away from me. :)
I'm very glad to focus more on feel, touch, and outward expression. I want to be able to enjoy things via my other senses. You made such a great point when you mentioned how so many of my image files will soon be nothing more than files. I'm hopeful to go through and cleanup my system to a point where those with the most meaning stay for a day when someone may wish to view what made me feel special and helped inspire me. *Nudge Nudge*
I'm glad you also find this Ducklett adorable. I couldn't resist him when I saw him. I think it is a great way to express myself. :)
