Try doing the combo of Overlaying Level 7 Odd eyes Pendulum Dragon and rank: 4 Dark Rebellion Dragon that has its rank change so it can be use as a level 7 monster XYZ Summon Odd eyes Rebellion Dragon XD

Set the scale "3" "Xiangke magician" Scale "8" "Xiangsheng magician", Pendulum Summon 2 level 4 monsters and level 7 "Odd eyes Pendulum Dragon".
Overlay the 2 level 4's for "Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon" then use "Xiangsheng Magician"'s Pendulum Effect, turning "Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon" into a Rank 7 monster.
Then use "Xiangke Magician"'s Pendulum Effect to make "Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon's Rank be use as if it was a level for that turn.
Then overlay 2 Level 7 Dragons to XYZ SUMMON, "ODD EYES Rebellion Dragon" and cause you use an XYZ monster to summon it, it destroy all level 7 and lower monsters then deals 1000 damage for each monster destroyed, and then it can attack 3 times that turn

I only have two performerpal partnaga pendulum cards and there both scale 4

if I get star gazer and time gazer I might do that

but you not be able to xyz summon with an xyz monster with out a card effect, so you would need 2 level 7 dragons for it

that's why im ordering those cards off on amazon
