No, She isn't making a profit from the actual artwork itself. That aside, she gives credit through the tags. As long as she isn't claiming it as her character and/or selling the art. (As prints and digital copies) [As patreon goes, depending on the amount you pledge per month, defines the accessibility of said artwork and not the artwork itself.]

Riot Games themselves have stated that using Characters from League of Legends © Such as my poro in my artworks is alright, because it's basically free advertising. (Which is why you'll usually see tons of poro & other League of Legends merchandise on Etsy & Amazon etc...)
