English:
Name: Eels with prawns and mushrooms
Ingredients[b][i][u]
- 1 Can of mushrooms
- Some prawns (frozen)
- 1 package of eels (frozen)
- Parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Oil
- salt
- (You can add chili peppers)
[b][i][u]Utensils
- Wooden board.
- Knife
- Wooden spoon
- Casselore
Cooked
- You have to need a medium casserole.
- Pour oil in the casserole, a little, no much.
- Cut the cloves of garlic, chopped.
- Put the garlic in the casserole.
- Put on the fire. level 3 or 4 (medium)
- when the garlic will have a yellow color pour the eels, the eels have to be frozen.
- Do the same with the mushrooms and the prawns.
- Put the fire level 5 and remove with a wood spoon.
- Take salt and parsley
- Continue remove.
- (if you want to take the chilli peppers, cut the chilli peppers and take in the casserole with the parsley and the salt)
- Wait 5- 10 and Bon Appetit!! :3

Nombre: Angulas con gambas y champiñones
Ingredientes
- Una lata de champiñones
- Algunas gambas (congeladas)
- Un paquete de angulas
- 4 dientes de ajo
- sal
- perejil
- aceite
- (y si quieres guindillas)
Utensilios
- Tabla de madera.
- Cuchillo
- Cuchara de madera
- Cazuela
Preparación:
- Se coge una cazuela, mediana.
- Se echa aceite, no mucho.
- Corta el ajo , picado y échalo en la cazuela.
- Enciende el fuego y lo pones al 3 o al 4 (medio)
- Cuando el ajo esté tostado (amarillo) echa las angulas, los champiñones y las gambas.
- Da vueltas con la cuchara de madera.
- A continuación echa el perejil y el ajo.
- (Si quieres echarle guindillas, córtalas y échalas con el ajo y el perejil)
- Espera 5 - 10 minutos y ¡A comer!
