Mistletoe is actual old english meaning Dung twig. because it's a parasitic plant that grows off of trees, and is spread through birds eating the berries and then crapping on a branch. How romatic is that? "Hey hun, we're standing under the poisonous parasitic shit twig. lets kiss!"
