Here are Mildred and Pickett, Sandy's Grandmother and Great-Aunt respectively, back when they were closer to 2 years old.

Mildred was super famous for using her Ice abilities to make Ice Clones of herself, which made it very easy for her to be her own team. This would lead to her death at 8 years old (or around 45 human years), before Sandy was even born. Her fame still looms over Sandy since she also happened to gain Ice abilities and pick up archery.

Pickett meanwhile spent more of her time taking care of Mildred's daughter (along with her own son) on top of becoming Head Fighter (effectively Mayor or maybe Senator) of the Buffer Zone. Her Fire powers have healing attributes, which explains how she's been around this long. As of the canon storyline, she's 16-17 in cat years (around 90+) which is pretty good considering the setting. She's 3 months younger than Mildred.
