Meet C.J the little lady <3 found her in the yard a few weeks ago, took her to the vet today, she hasn't been spayed yet and it's going to be about 350$ so any adopts and art that I sell will go toward the fund of getting her taken care of.
She is such a sweety and I'm hoping my Kitty will be friends with her.
Any tips on acclimating 2 females?
Thanks everyone <33

What a little sweetheart n.n~!
Keep them in separate rooms for a couple of days, gradually introducing each others' scents- be it blankets or clothes or anything your current kitty smushes around on. Your existing cat will probably spend a lot of time around the door, hopefully not hissing; but watch her behavior- if you bring her something that smells like the kitten and she freaks out or pees on it, you might want to give them a little more time. Make sure her claws are trimmed well, and if you can cobble together a screen or window situation, that's a good next safe step to get them closer before they share the space.
Cross your fingers and maybe your cat will just go into momma-cat mode after the initial shock period. You can't go wrong with having toys and treats as a distraction if the fur starts bristling, too. Since the kitten is young, they'll have a much better time acclimating than if they were both adults; so it probably won't be too bad :D
Oh, have two of everything if you don't already- litter boxes & food/water bowls namely <3
