So the basis of this was actually drawn years ago. One of the first things I drew using GiMP and a mouse. Those were dark, dark times.
I've only improved a tiny amount since then, however I decided to go back and revisit it. Moral of the story is don't walk up to friends who are dancing like mad to music rather than doing yard work, and especially not if you're PJ in Goof Troop. I swear that kid's probably shooting blanks with the amount of low blows he took in that cartoon.
