Wwoah, that one looks so cool! I like that hand and that pose!

This is the first one in the challenge where I was referencing multiple other pictures to draw it. The pose was from an old samurai illustration, the head is based on art of Martin the Warrior of Redwall, and the boomerang was drawn from a photo of a boomerang rather than by memory (getting both sides even can be a nightmare for me; I usually make one way too long, way too wide, or both).

I usually reference from just one source and you got it from several, holy yoy!

For most of these challenge pictures I've been drawing without using references because I have my (and my mate's) fursonas committed so strongly to my memory. On the beach picture I looked up a reference for the Faygo logo and stretched out one of my own legs while sitting down for the foot; in the mirror picture I held a mirror in my own hand.

But I know the struggle of self-referencing XD

Looking at the thumbnails again I remembered that two of the cuter ones (sleeping position and baby picture) were referenced from photos of actual dormice.
