Is hard to say. Here what i think it might happend...
1.- James is the obvious target. He's on hard drugs and those guys deal with them. He could have had an overdose.
2.- Dom (and maybe Cole) could have been outed of the closet (unlikely) by them.
3.- Professor Trevor could have been outed by them too. he could have been caught with a student and expelled from the university (I have a rotten mind).
4.- Professor Trevor and Diego could have been caught having sex and outed.
5.- They could have raped Hanna or Rebeeca. Maybe they tried to do something to Rebecca and Robb got stabbed (I'm also evil, I know it, but Robb IS NOT here)
