A Colmaton universe fanfic.
When a Bureau scientist from France (Fute Shoat) visits the Colmaton Bureau's Secret Base, he announces his plans to take Silver, Texas Tilly's cybernetic steed, back to Europe with him for disassembly and study. When Morningstar and Ranger refuse to give him permission on the grounds that Silver was given full status as a Bureau operative, Fute challenges their claim, calling for a Bureau Tribunal to settle the question. Great story, Mojo.
Fute Shoat came off like a real jerk, but unlike the other jerks (Preceptor and Ivan the Terrible) in this story, he seemed to learn from his mistakes.
Also, maybe it's a good thing Combat wasn't in this story or Tilly isn't the only one they'd have been holding back.
