Hello all! My fingers hurt and my willpower is confused and my memories are reminding me the reason of not wanting to draw anymore, but I need to continue drawing and this is the time for another pair of best friends, just look at them, pretty cute!
I just hope the Jolteon doesn't fall from that height D: Also sunsets, very fun to draw, mixing 6 colors just for the sky gives pretty results :D
All for now, take care cutes!

Turned out nice! The inked outline really adds to the drawings shapes. Douce’s and Anny’s faces are looking super good. I wonder what Douce is thinking of. The shading through darker tones of the same colour is a nice touch. It gives the characters spatial depth. Not that I don’t like the flatness of some comics, but I feel depth suits an artwork like this pretty good.
Be careful when you mix too many pigment colours. Some colours you can buy, especially cheap ones are already mixed colours of two or more different pigments. If you mix too many pigments they will result in a more greyish tone of the colour you actually wanted with less vibrancy, but I don’t want to lesson you. Maybe you already know that. Do you already have your new coloured pencils and drawing paper/board by the way?
The sunset looks very quaint. I bet it looks even better on the original.

You got two points right here, I usually mix darker colors for the shadows but I went full on a same color for shadows this time, and the second point is that I don't know my colors well and I use the same colors always, mixing lot of them creates mess, which is something can be seen on the top of the drawing! What a nice eye of yours.
And for final point yes, all of my drawings look better with the naked eye, the scanner takes down lot of quality
