Net neutrality is a red herring. Even if they did it,it'd only hurt the big ISPs. Why pay for high speed internet if you're not getting high speed internet? So everyone will go to smaller ISPs who don't throttle back and they'll get big and replace the moronic big ISPs. See,the law only says you CAN do it,you don't HAVE TO. So the smaller ISPs simply save time and trouble and don't and they win.

The day that the internet gets to censored and to corporate, people will more then likely strive to make their own type of internet which will most likely be free and controlled by the people, not some corporation.
