kealianwolf , this time I'm using the submission itself as a test and proof that the TIFF - JPG conversion was screwing with image previews. So far, by what I'm seeing in the preview window before I even post this, I seem to be correct in that assumption. Everything looks good here. So directly converting the image to JPG in the first place, at least for the purposes of my FA submissions, seems to be the correct solution. My uploads to Flickr will continue to be PNG.

Anyway, enjoy this fluffy guy posing with some heads people threw his way when they saw him posing for me. Playful critters are always a joy to photograph!
