But why is god mad at Sam? He didn't do it!

Delilah had tried to get the secret out of him four times, and then repeatedly *did the things* that he lied would take away his power. You'd have to be either really arrogant or a total idiot not to think "hmm, maybe I shouldn't tell this smokin' chick my deepest secret since she keeps doing the things I say will take away my power..."

That's my very literal assessment of the situation, given that I didn't grow up on this stuff at all.

Yes Samson's depicted as either a total idiot or completely blinded by lust for her to eventually give up his secret after not one or two but three examples of her untrustworthiness. Loving the comic though and glad to see that you haven't gotten any flames for your take on things.
