Can't tell if this is Macro/micro/size-difference or age regression or just shrinking. The previeous page's perspective showed cinnamon in the background so she could have been large and just far away. Also the rooth is the size of that mushroom to start with so... not sure. Could be either! also if he's shrinking then his clothes are shrinking with him.

She's a 'native' of Pandora, approximately Na'vi sized (maybe a bit taller, on account of being digitigrade and having pretty big bunny feet). Rooth, who is usually any size he feels he needs, is a visitor to her world and has kept to his regular human size for reasons that will be explored in future stories. ;)
The mushroom is also 'normal' size. It looks gigantic because Pandora is freaky. ;) If you saw Avatar, recall the scene where the two main characters are running through the night forest, and Jake discovers these big glowing mushrooms that pulse when he touches them. They were about waist-high to him. That would make them a little more than Rooth height. The mushroom depicted in the previous scenes of Shiro's pics is not the same mushroom, it's just some fictional thing we invented for the story, but it's about the same size as the ones in the movie.
