I don't own a vw my cars a 2004 Dodge intrepid it happends to have the same motor as the prowler the 3.5 L High Output v6 just mine has a few mods for more power and more airflow

I was only pick'n about the VW, I thought the Prowler had a V-10 in them .... that's why I was saying your bug could hit the sound barrier in 0.2 seconds .... I didn't think they put something so small in a prowler, I would think the smallest would be a V-8 ... I have a 3.7L V-6 in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it sux, I can't get any more than 18 MPG out of it, no matter how stingy I am on the throttle, it would do much better with a V-8 in it. SB.
