I.. don't really know what this is? It just sorta happened in my sketchbook. I'm going to blame the Sis Puella Madoka Magica music I was listening to at the time. And also candy corn. Mmm, 'ween candy.

As with all impulse characters, my brain immediately set out making up a background story. She has an "older brother" who is a ghost hunter (haven't drawn him yet, playing around with what he looks like), and she rides around on his shoulders pointing out ghosts. She doesn't say anything, and communicates mostly through points and pulling on his pant legs. She seems mostly harmless but occasionally exhibits odd, creepy powers. You can't see anything under her robe-type thing, not even her hands; some of the raggedy points on the edge act as fingers. I like to imagine she has many matching eyepatches and bows. Blue ones, yellow ones... mostly pastel colors. No name yet though.
_{I was pondering naming her "Ripo" since it sounds kinda like "reaper" but that might just be silly ;w;}
