Here is Cyberwuffs custom Gas Mask which he commissioned from me, which I Finally finished. The nose assembly was the most challenging bit of the whole mask.
[Edit] Moved to Scraps as this same mask was later shipped back to me for rework after it proved to be too small for Cyberwuffs head. Reworked, and reuploaded.

That is -gorgeous- and dear god I wish I took advantage of that opportunity to commission you earlier. I'm going to have to now. The relative featureless smooth forehead creates a lovely look, almost passive. Quite a nice contrast to the stern look of the JG2.
I'm assuming the filters can be removed, and are just in standard screw in sockets, yes?
I cannot wait to see it in action.

The nose is a custom casted bit of plastic: The Hard part was really in learning how to use the liquid plastic mixture! Fortunately the stuff I got was a 1:1 ratio as the plastic comes in two parts, much like an Epoxy only this stuff runs like water. I had to tweak what I already knew about molding to accommodate the runnyness.
Just like anything else, learning something new is difficult for the first few times until it becomes old hat! This for me was Definitely something new!!
