Try using paint and wet sanding. It takes a few tried but it can help give a nice weathered metal look to foam. If you like i can link you to a youtube video that might help.

You should, Would be really profitable as a cheaper alternative to fursuits. Some the average partial Fursuit costing $800 bucks, while you can make one for 200.
