So a couple of things slowed me down with this. Lack of sleep, some whiskey and the frickin' detail being just a few of the obstacles I had to overcome.
I'll work on the color later. I'd like to think I scraped the perspective just well enough to be 'passable'.

For LineArt I recommend something like Paint Tool SAI which has a great feature where you can post-edit your lineart, provided you draw on a Line-Work layer.
Photoshop works similarly with Paths, but less real-time. More cumbersome.
When all else fails, any drawing/painting tool is good, just zoom in and out a lot to see if your lines are smooth.
In short: lineart is a bitch.
