There's a little bit of a story behind this one. A few years ago I was browsing /b/ around Christmas time, because I am a sad, sad person. I'm anonymously on the /fur/ threads there sometimes, and I happened to be in one when tangere was taking requests, also anonymously IIRC. I asked for a vixen in the snow without giving any other details or really knowing what to expect. I honestly wasn't expecting anything, because a bunch of other people were also putting their requests in, but lo and behold he came through with this awesome piece! It really brightened up my Christmas. It's a fun little concept, and I especially love how he drew her tail. Something about the colors and how they blend together.
He graciously allowed me to adopt her recently, so she's mine now. Still trying to decide on things like a name and personality and whatnot. One day I hope to write a piece for her, though about what remains to be seen.
