I've been a huge fan of Andrew LLoyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera since my aunt first took me to see it on Broadway back in 1986 (the year his adaptation opened). I still absolutely love Michael Crawford & Sarah Brightman's singing and listen to the score at least once a year. That being said the 2004 film version is surprisingly decent.

My aunt used to take me antiquing and shopping and all sorts of 'girly' stuff so when she told me we were going to a Broadway musical I got really excited. The show was amazing I still remember how impressed I was with Sarah Brightman's voice. Looking back my childhood was like gay boot camp lol.
Of course! I haven't been as active here as I was, but things are calmer, and I relieze I should take a quarterly 'mini-vacation' anymore at least to allow me to decompress. 2 years without one, makes me a irritated doe.
You are indeed lucky to see Phantom. I would love to see Ms. Brightman in concert. Even today she is still stunning physically, and her singing is angelic!
