Ha ha, I love it when inflation goes to such extreme levels! Sometimes I would picture that the hands, feet, and head would eventually fuse with the sphere as well. Thus making the the victim a balloon with a stretched out face.
It's quite a good sketch. I do wonder who is the victim in question though.
