Okay, so I nearly missed 
cubikitsune's birthday (today). Fortunately I got hold of 
merlin-the-bruce in time and we put this thing together.
I was a little creeped out by Daryil, but with Ben being an incubus and all there was some debate as to whether he'd be as scared of being forced into a catsuit as other people might be. So we went with this.
Originally Daryil was saying "But we'd look so cute in matching outfits..." but when I came to do the colours and lighting from Merlin's lineart, I quickly discovered that Ben's catsuit needed to be a different colour from Daryil's or the whole thing would congeal into a shapeless mass of shiny black latex.

The whole wng can change, regardless of type. Someone sufficiently skilled at shapeshifting can morph their wings from feathered to leathery and presumably vice-versa.
However, all 'cubi can morph their wings into tentacles, with or without conscious control. 'cubi with a living clan leader can have little heads on the ends of the tentacles as well.
