This was an interesting request for http://www.furaffinity.net/user/boodog97/
I was asked to give her horns and a tail. I didn't go into detail about it so I left it open to interpretation wether or not they're part of the armor or genetic enhancements. The chest is also possibly mostly armor or could have parts that were a side effect to the possible genetic enhancements related to the tail and horns. Again, I didn't get onto detail with the requester on that, so I tried drawing it open ended and somewhat close to the lore of the game I like.

Another artist recently managed to draw Tigerav on his cyborg dragon. Maybe you could try a simplified version.

The dragon's proportions aren't a strict matter and your other works show great detail. It could also be drawn from the front from the chest up and the wings folded.
Or you could make up armor for Togerav, whatever you feel like doing.

I never really got paypal sorted out to do that. I've payed or tipped through the mail before but never asked for that payment method.

I've used the IPad to digitally color in flat colores over pencil art.

Though to draw quickly (because of my patients level) or to shade well, I rely on pencil. I've added digital touch up over the pencil work on many cases, but digital art from scratch or coloring takes me longer than and is harder to control. I'd sooner try comic markers.
