
So yes, this is the human me. Getting my ass kicked in three Kinesiology classes (Fitness Swimming, Weight Training and Physical Conditioning). I take a pic one a month to see what kind of progress I'm making. Two months in so far so good, jumped 10lbs and dropped a % of body fat. Lots more work to do though. Just going to pop this in the scraps pile and put it as my profile ID for now.

Thank you and a good question. I found out that I wasn't eating enough protein. I was eating four times a day but I wasn't building anything, just stuck. Talked to a couple people and they told me to up my protein intake. So I upped the amount of post workout protein powder from one scoop to four scoops and BAM. I gained 10lbs in the span of 5 five weeks while also dropping body fat in the process o.o! I figure I'll plateau at some point soon but I really like how this is working so far. I'll be honest. I don't eat clean/healthy enough to get an insane six pack but the progress I've made so far has been very good.
Hmmm.. I feel like I didn't specify well enough. I eat 4 meals a day then add in 2 (2 scoops of powder a piece) protien shakes during the day. The protein shakes I usually do in the afternoon. One after working out, then one a hour or two before bed so I don't wake up hungry in the middle of the night. :)
Cool! The biggest thing about diet is don't try to go cold turkey on a lot of things. The cravings will drive you insane @_@. Try to improve your diet little by little whether your weakness is fried foods, candy, soda...things like that. Motivation....for me I just felt like that my fursona needed to be a reflection of who I am...and the human was slacking lol
Very true thats somewhat my motivation. I'm hoping diet won't be too bad just have to make a plan and stick with it no matter what. I'm just sorta happy I'm off the meds I was on for years because I had such a bad appetite when I was on them. Since being off of them my appetite has shrunk. For perspective I use to get burger king with a double whopper meal large and 2-3 extra burgers. Now just the meal and I'm good. So I'm happy with that at least.
