I have no idea why... But this just reminded me of Impaled Northern Moon Forest. The joke black metal side project by the dude from Anal Cunt. If you can find one of the two songs somewhere on the internet (i heard them on Myspace YEARS back)..My Gerd, the laughs it will bring
HAHAHAH well hot damn... haven't heard of the song OR the band... but to say the least I'm intrigued!!!
Impaled Northern Moon Forest's bio read as:
the 2 guys from Anal Cunt wanted to make a TRVE CVLT FROSTBITTEN BLACK METAL BAND....
but someone was sleeping nearby.
So they had to use an acoustic guitar, & the drummer just slapped his knees.
And that is PRECISELY what they recorded. Plus the recrding sounds like it was done with a tape recorder inside a steel garbage can (in true black metal fashion).
It's pretty gerddamn epic.
