Yet another webcomic I enjoy reading is "Dandy & Company" by Derrick Fish (of central Florida). It's the ongoing story of a human boy ('Bernard') and his smart-alecky talking dog ('Dandy').
Once in a great while, Derrick likes to take a leave of absence from drawing his strips; so he allows a short period of time to present 'fan art' from his readers - in (what he calls) "Total Chaos". During the 2004 Hurricane Season, I'd provided Fish with half-a-dozen 'fan art' strips (all touched up with colored pencils), and I thought I'd like to present the 'cream of the crop' to you...
During 2004, an extra pet was added to the household - 'Koko' the cat (who gave 'Dandy' a hard time at the pound in an earlier story arc). In this strip, 'Bernard' tells his teacher that the dog ate his homework - an excuse that's older than the education system itself - but if said teacher had seen what was going on with 'Koko' and 'Dandy', she might accept said excuse... She'd be freaked out, but she'd still accept it!
