Okay, this one requires some explaining. So, my buddy, 
joe-schmendrik introduced me to this odd yet enjoyable anime from the 90s, it's pretty obscure, but I like it. It's called Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Ranger, and this pic is a very fat version of the villain, the Demon Queen Nyanma.
