I got this idea from a friend one night long ago. He imagined Marshall from the TV series "Paw Patrol" wanting a drink of fresh cool water coming from a fire hydrant. Apparently, the water pressure was so great and intense coming from out of the hose, that it blasted water straight to the little Dalmatian's paw feet. Now with his paws rapidly expanding with gallons of H2O, Marshall must figure out how he plans on stopping the water. Otherwise, things might go out with a BIG splash for him. Anyways, hope you all like it, and enjoy.
